Satisfaction Survey Fields in global plugin administration do not appear after plugin installation and activation from marketplace

Problem

No fields appear in plugin Global Administration after plugin installation (see screenshot below).

This can be caused by https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-62064 : JIRA Default Language Persist even though the Language Pack has been uninstalled.

This happens when a non installed language is the default language for JIRA.

Workaround

Satisfaction for JIRA automatically detects the installed languages, and supports them.

If the default system language of your JIRA instance is not installed, then no fields can be displayed by the plugin.

Please check the default and installed language of your JIRA instance in System Administration (see screenshot below) :

The default language must be one of the installed language. You can Edit it to set it to a valid value.
